We regularly offer positions for Customer Support Agents, Technical Support Specialists (ELD-focused), Dispatch Assistants, and Administrative Virtual Assistants, especially for bilingual candidates (English/Spanish). Most of our roles are remote and cater to the transportation and logistics industry.
While previous experience is a plus, it’s not required. We provide full training for all new hires, especially in areas like ELD support, Hours of Service (HOS) rules, and transportation compliance.
Most of our roles are fully remote (work from home). You will need a stable internet connection, a quiet workspace, and a computer or laptop with a headset to get started.
We offer flexible shift options, including:
Morning shifts (7 AM – 3 PM EST)
Afternoon shifts (3 PM – 11 PM EST)
Overnight shifts (11 PM – 7 AM EST)
You’ll be assigned a fixed shift and two fixed days off per week.
Yes. Since we support clients in the U.S. trucking industry, fluency in both English and Spanish is a key requirement for most of our customer-facing roles.
